Our Staff

Paige Bragg

Paige is the programs director for the 15s-18s age groups. Paige played volleyball at Huron High School, and also played travel volleyball during her off seasons for PRIDE Volleyball Club and Cleveland Volleyball Company. She continued her volleyball career at Bethany College, where she also coached for Ohio Valley Volleyball Academy. She is currently the head coach at St. Francis Central Catholic School, which is why she is only available to help out with the elementary and high school age groups during her off seasons. She will be coaching the 10 White and 18 White teams this season.

Sydney Bragg

Sydney is the programs director for the 11s-14s age groups. She played volleyball at Huron High School, and played travel volleyball for Spirit Volleyball Club and Cleveland Volleyball Company. Sydney continued her volleyball career at Thomas More College, where she also coached for Midwest Xtreme during her off seasons. She currently plays in indoor and beach volleyball leagues during her free time.

Kayla Harris

Kayla is from Belington, WV, where she played volleyball at Philip Barbour High School, and played travel volleyball for Barbour Elite. She is currently studying at West Virginia University and is majoring in Social Work with a minor in Addiction Studies. She grew up playing volleyball as a libero/DS and has always been passionate about the sport. Not wanting her volleyball career to end, she decided to continue playing for West Virginia University's club volleyball team. This will be Kayla's 4th season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be our 17 White coach.

Heidi Lee

Heidi has been playing volleyball since she was 10 years old and vows to never quit! Being from out West she played for Pocatello High School and Club NEXT. At her younger ages she played any and every position, but by high school settled into the position of setter. It didn't take long to discover her love for coaching after an injury prevented her collegiate career. Heidi has coached for Club NEXT in Idaho, 303 Volleyball Academy in Colorado, and is in her 3rd year at Morgantown Volleyball Club. Heidi will be coaching 15 White this season.

Spencer Lee

Spencer married into the volleyball lifestyle. He played sand volleyball recreationally until he met Heidi. In his first season playing at the intramural club level he was quickly placed as a right Side due to his lucky left hand. While coaching in Colorado he found his true passion as a middle blocker. Spencer has coached for 303 Volleyball Academy and is in his 3rd year at Morgantown Volleyball Club. Spencer will be coaching 16 White this season.

Trent Pendleton

Trent is from Princeton, WV where he was the volleyball manager at Pikeview High School. He finally had the opportunity to play on a team once he joined the WVU men's club volleyball team, since his school did not have a men's team, and is currently a setter and defensive specialist. He is also a senior at WVU and is studying biology and psychology. This will be Trent's 3rd season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and he will be coaching the 16 Blue team this season.

Tori Terry

Tori is from Princeton, WV, where she played volleyball at Princeton Senior High School as well as SJOC, CLASH, and PPVC. She played as a setter and received awards including All State Special Honorable Mention and All State Honorable Mention. She also surpassed 2,000 assists in her high school setting career as well as 1,000 digs. Currently, Tori is a student at West Virginia University studying Biology and still plays volleyball with her boyfriend in her free time. This will be Tori's 2nd season with Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be the coach of the 13 White team.

Cole Cochran

Cole is from Princeton West Virginia and is currently in medical school at WVU. Cole played football, basketball, and baseball in high school and his love for volleyball began when he first started watching his girlfriend play in high school. Cole has played on the WVU men's club team for the past 4 years as a middle hitter. This will be Cole's 2nd season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be the assistant for the 13 White team.

Kelly Rafferty

Kelly played high school volleyball at Hempfield Area High School in Greensburg, PA. She played club for Mountain Laurel and continued her volleyball career at the Division II level at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999-2002, where she also received a degree in elementary education. During her collegiate career as an outside hitter, Kelly was a 4-time scholar athlete, team captain, PSAC East first team selection, and set five school records: single match digs, single season digs, career digs, single match kills, and 1st player in school history to reach 1,000 digs. Kelly coached club volleyball for Penn Highlands prior to starting a family in 2007. She returned to coaching 7 years later and is currently the Assistant Junior High and High School Coach at Mapletown High School. This past 2021 season Mapletown earned its first section championship in school history and was undefeated in section play.

Kelly resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, Jeremy, and their two daughters, Bailey and Emily. Kelly has spent the last 18 years as a 5th grade elementary school teacher at Waynesburg Central Elementary School. She is excited to be coaching her second season with Morgantown Volleyball Club as the 12 White coach.

Laasha Justice

Laasha works as an administrative assistant at Ortho WVU Medicine. She played volleyball at Philip Barbour High School for 4 years. She started coaching at Barbour Elite 14U for 3 seasons. After moving back to Morgantown, she has coached with Morgantown Volleyball Club for the past 2 years, and will be coaching the 15 Blue team this upcoming season.

Alenna Zebarth

Alenna played volleyball for 6 years in school, as well as playing off-season club in Connecticut. She was captain of her high school team and won multiple conference championships. She has worked multiple clinics and camps with younger athletes and is currently a member on the WVU women's club volleyball team. Alenna will be coaching our 13 Grey team this season.

Megan Nelson

Megan is from Martinsburg, WV, where she has been playing volleyball since she was 8 years old. She started out at the local rec center, then went on to play travel volleyball at Hub City Volleyball in Hagerstown, MD as a defensive specialist. During her 18U season, her team won a bid and attended Nationals in Orlando, Florida. She also played at her high school as a setter and defensive specialist. Megan started coaching when she 14 years old, alongside her dad, where she grew to love the coaching aspect of the sport. She coached at her local rec center for several camps and clinics, then started coaching her own 8-12 year old rec team. Megan is currently a freshman at WVU and is majoring in psychology, with a dream to become a child psychologist to advocate for kids mental health. This will be Megan's first year coaching at Morgantown Volleyball Club. She will be coaching our 11 White team and can't wait to get into the gym and work with these talented kids!

Maria Vito

Maria is from Bentleyville, PA where she was a four year varsity starter at Bentworth High School. During her high school career, she also played at Exile Volleyball Club in Pittsburgh, PA. She is currently studying physical education and kinesiology at West Virginia University, where she also is a member of the women's club volleyball team. Maria has played just about every position, but her most consistent position is as an outside hitter. Maria will be coaching our 12 Blue team this season.

Kailyn Nestor

Kailyn is from Staunton, VA, and is currently a junior at WVU studying political sciences with an emphasis in Pre-Law. She began playing club volleyball at 10 years old and continued playing throughout her high school career. Kailyn was captain of both her club and high school teams where she played as a setter for all of her career. Kailyn has has previous experience coaching volleyball clinics for her community. She now plays for the WVU women's club volleyball team as a setter and excited to coach her first season at Morgantown Volleyball Club, where she will be coaching the 16 Blue team.

Tracey Morris

Tracey has been playing volleyball for over 35 years. She was a setter at Frankfort High School and a defensive specialist at Georgia State University. She coached at Allegany High School in Maryland for four years, and in West Virginia at Frankfort for five years and at Frankfort High School for three years. She was an active member of the Cumberland Volleyball Club for 25 years. This will be Tracey's first year coaching at Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be coaching the 15 Grey team this season.

Zoe Zenker

Zoe is from Columbia, Maryland, where she has been playing volleyball since she was 11. She played at the club volleyball level for 6 years, playing for CVC, Maryland Juniors, and Strive. She currently plays for the WVU women's club volleyball team and is majoring in computer science at WVU. This is Zoe's first year coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be coaching our 11 Blue team this season.

Brittani Atwood

Brittani is from Price, Utah, where she played travel volleyball with top tier travel team, Club Dyno, and was a two year varsity player at Carbon High School, contending for the state title both years. She has experience playing middle blocker and right side, but settled in as an outside hitter by her senior year. She received First Team All State honors as a senior and was voted to the Senior All Star Team. She also had the opportunity to participate in the Intermountain High Performance league, with the chance to be coached by some of Utah's top D1 college coaches. She continued her volleyball at Utah State University Eastern where she was the team captain. After college, she has experience leading clinics for kids and teens of all ages, and has also coached 2 seasons for club Dyno in Utah and coached 3 seasons for SYS, a youth volleyball league in Texas.

Brittani now resides in Morgantown with her husband, Keenan. She works as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and her absolute favorite pastime is hanging out with her five awesome children, ages 12, 9, 7, 4, and almost 1. She still has a passion for sharing her love of volleyball, fitness, and overall wellness with others and loves coaching, because it is a fun, competitive atmosphere, in which one can learn important life skills and lessons.  This will be Brittani's first season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club, and she will be coaching the 13 Blue team this season.

Karah Slow

Karah is from York, PA and is a recent WVU graduate. She has been playing volleyball for 8 years, starting out in middle school. She played volleyball year round for York Central High School during school season and for Ballyhoo Sports Academy during club season. She did this in addition to playing in a beach doubles league in the summer. After high school, Karah continued her volleyball career, by playing for the WVU women's club team for 2 years. This will be Karah's first year coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be coaching the 14 Grey team. She is excited to see what the season has in store for her 14 Grey girls!

Paulina Nottingham

Paulina is from Champaign, IL and has loved volleyball since 3rd grade! From the first time she picked up a volleyball she knew she wanted to be a setter. She played for Champaign Centennial High School were her team placed 2nd in state her senior year and played club for Illini Elite. She continued her career at the collegiate level, setting at West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV. As a four year starter and three year captain, Paulina totaled nearly 2,500 assists and almost 1,000 digs. Currently, Paulina works for the Mon Health Medical Center Foundation, but continues to pursue coaching for the sport she loves. Paulina coached for Trinity High School and is currently the assistant coach for the Fairmont State volleyball program. This will be Paulina's first season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be coaching the 12 Grey team.

Mabel Jetten

Mabel played volleyball for Jefferson-Morgan High School and played travel volleyball for Penn Highlands Volleyball Club. Mabel continued her volleyball career at Waynesburg University, where she graduated with a business management degree. She has also been officiating high school volleyball for the past 5 years and had been officiating for USAV volleyball for the past 2 years. Mabel currently lives in Waynesburg, PA with her husband, Mike, and 2 daughters, Naya and Adeline. She has been a hair stylist since 2018, and is also co-owner and manager of Fruition Bowls and Brews in Waynesburg, PA and Morgantown, WV. This will be Mabel's first season coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be coaching the 13 Black team this season.

Taylor Lohr

Taylor is from Waynesburg, PA and has been playing volleyball since 8th grade. She played at Waynesburg Central high school as an outside hitter, where she is currently a senior. She plans to go to Penn State next fall, where she will major in biology and hopes to play on their women's club team. Taylor has enjoyed helping the middle school volleyball team at open gyms, and is looking forward to being the assistant coach for the 13 Black team this season!

Sydney Straub

Sydney is from Pleasantville, PA, where she played volleyball for over six years. She played for Titusville High School, where she was 2nd Team All-Region, and played in her off seasons for Flash Volleyball Club. She currently plays for the WVU women's club volleyball team and plans to continue for years to come. Sydney has previous experience coaching clinics and younger athletes, and really enjoyed her time coaching. She has so much love for the sport and is looking forward to a successful season! This is Sydney's first year coaching for Morgantown Volleyball Club and she will be coaching our 14 Blue team this season.

Alison Thomas

Alison is from Virginia where she grew up playing volleyball since she was nine. She played volleyball at Middleburg Academy where she helped lead her team to back to back state titles her junior and senior year. She played as a setter and libero during her time at Middleburg and received awards including three-time most valuable player award winner at Middleburg Academy (2014-16) and two time all-state honoree (2015-16). She played club volleyball at VA Elite and NVVA. 

Alison continued her volleyball career through college playing libero at Southern Illinois University (SIU) for two seasons and then transferred to West Virginia University where she just completed her fifth season of collegiate volleyball this past fall and earned her undergraduate degree in Sport Management! Alison is currently working on earning a Masters degree in Sport Management at WVU. She has worked many clinics and given private lessons for the past few years. This will be Alison's first year coaching with Morgantown Volleyball Club and will be co-coaching the 14 White team with a WVU teammate, Adrian Ell.
